She balanced managing hundreds of doctors while delivering personalized and quality care to patients with diverse backgrounds. Honored several times as a top doctor in the US and in the Washington region, Dr Tychus is committed to excellence in preventive healthcare. She has been featured on multiple television and radio networks to discuss solutions to current challenges in Medicine across the world. She is highly respected and celebrated for her successful strategies to transform patient care and promote physician wellness. She received her medical education at Howard University and Georgetown University. She received her leadership training at Harvard University.

David Shore

David A. Shore, PhD, is a recognized authority on innovation and managing change initiatives, strategic planning, and gaining competitive advantage.
Throughout his career, Shore has worked to combine research, consulting, and teaching to build constructive links between theory and practice. He serves as a lecturer at Harvard Extension School. He is the former distinguished professor of innovation and change at Tianjin University of Finance and Economics (China) and is adjunct professor of organizational development and change at the School of Business, University of Monterrey (Mexico).
Shore is a faculty member of The Governance Institute and Executive in Residence at Enable East in the United Kingdom. He is a founding member of the McKinsey & Company Implementation Advisory Board. He has held visiting professorships including in Amsterdam, Santiago, and Shangai and has consulted on six continents.
Previously, Shore spent two decades at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where he served as associate dean. As executive director of the School’s Center for Executive and Continuing Professional Education, he founded and directed Forces of Change; The Trust Initiative; and the Certificate Program on Launching and Leading Successful Change Initiatives.
His books include Launching and Leading Successful Change Initiatives in Health Care Organizations: (Jossey-Bass); Forces of Change: New Strategies for the Evolving Health Care Marketplace (Jossey-Bass); and High Stakes: The Critical Role of Stakeholders in Health Care, (Oxford University Press). In 2015 he was recognized as a Top Thought Leader in Trust by Trust Across America – Trust Around the World; he has also been recognized multiple times for distinguished teaching performance by Harvard Extension School.
Shore was chosen to deliver two Harvard Lectures That Last and a TEDx Talk. In 2017 he was awarded a doctorate fellowship from the Academy of Multi-Skills (United Kingdom). He served as an expert advisor to the George W. Bush Presidential Center on their Effective Implementation Framework. During 2021-22 he served as Senior Consultant on Innovation at the United Nations.

Osayi Alile

Osayi Alile is the CEO ACT Foundation and consultant for Access Bank Plc on its CSR projects. She served as the Executive Director of FATE Foundation, a leading private sector led not-for-profit organization in Nigeria for 8 years. She is a quintessential leader with over 20 years in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) and the third sector with a wide array of experience covering International Development, Business and Philanthropic Management, Fundraising and Sustainability.
A 2007 “Young Global Leader” (YGL) by the World Economic Forum, a Fellow of the African Leadership Network and an alumna of the Harvard Business School, IMD, Cranfield, and Yale Executive Education Programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Lagos and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA Pi Alpha.
Osayi is a member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria, CIBN (Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria) Mentoring Advisory Committee, Lagos Business School Nigeria Non-profit Senior Management Fellow, ANDE Executive Committee, Council Member, LCCI (Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry), Member The Boardroom Africa, Executive Member of the Access Women Network and Trustee, Alaghodaro (Edo State) Economic Summit.
Owing to her experiences, Osayi sits on the board of several organizations that include past Chairperson Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ), House of Tara, Chairperson Zapphire Events, Culinary Academy and Global Dignity, an affiliation of the World Economic Forum in Norway.
Arthur J. Hiller

Arthur has extensive experience across a wide range of functional areas and segments of the life sciences industry. He has been CEO of two early-stage life sciences companies in the medical device and drug discovery areas. His recent engagements have included roles as interim CEO of Amasa Therapeutics, an oncology company developing engineered cell therapies to treat glioblastoma and solid tumors, and CBO of Nuritas, Ltd., an artificial intelligence based, peptide-focused drug discovery company. Additional leadership and advisory roles have included Antyllus Therapeutics, Smith Therapeutics, and Gro Biosciences, companies developing cardiovascular therapeutics, cell-based therapeutics for neurodegenerative disease, and novel therapeutics based on computational protein design and synthetic biology, respectively. Through his consulting company, Hiller Life Sciences Strategies, LLC, he also provides commercial strategy consulting, including 7recent engagements with venture-backed companies focused on obesity, the microbiome and melanoma, and major multinational pharma companies launching new products in women's health and rare diseases, an early stage diagnostic company, and a medical device company with novel technology for otolaryngology applications.
Arthur has also held executive positions in general management, marketing, sales, sales management, and business development at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Merck and Co, and two other large, multinational pharmaceutical companies. At Millennium, he was Senior Vice President, responsible for the cardiovascular business unit, including sales and marketing of INTEGRILIN®, new product marketing for the Millennium pipeline, and customer segment and channel management. He joined Millennium in 2001 as General Manager, Inflammation, and was subsequently named General Manager, Cardiovascular in 2002, and Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Marketing in 2003.
Arthur holds a Bachelor’s Degree in journalism from Northwestern University and a Master’s Degree in Business Policy from Columbia University. He serves as Lecturer and faculty member of the Healthcare Ventures class at MIT, as well as a mentor for the MIT IMPACT Innovation and IDEA² programs and the Nucleate Program, and in Advisory Board, fundraising, and business development capacities for a wide range of start-up and early stage companies in the Boston area.

Tara Fela-Durotoye is a Beauty Entrepreneur who pioneered the professional make up industry in Nigeria in the late 90's. She is the founder and past C.E.O. of House of Tara International. She is considered a major force in the Nigerian female entrepreneurship community having created an impact business that has empowered tens of thousands of beauty entrepreneurs through the "Tara Beauty Entrepreneur" initiative.
She continues to be a thought leader and major influencer through several in classroom and online courses that focus on sharing her 20+ year experience with other budding entrepreneurs. As a game changer in Nigerian business, Tara has served as a powerful role model for women in business, and worked as an advocate for creating awareness of the importance of building businesses that positively impact society. She's a huge advocate of impact entrepreneurship and is considered the poster girl for female entrepreneurship in West Africa.
Under her leadership, House of Tara emerged one of Jobberman’s best 100 companies to work for in Nigeria 2017 and continues to be considered the number one indigenous make up brand for Nigerian women.
